Unauthorized use will result in immediate termination of services and legal action.Compliance with FCC Rules:You must obtain prior express written consent before making any calls using AI-generated voices, as these are classified as “artificial” under the TCPA. Violation Consequences:

If Hando becomes aware of any violations of these rules, or if your complaint rates, bounce rates, or any other performance metrics exceed industry or acceptable standards, we reserve the right to immediately cancel your account. Furthermore, we will pursue you for any damages resulting from the violation, including legal fees. Non-compliance will not be tolerated and will result in severe repercussions.
